What is happening at Disneyland Paris?

As of July 15, Disneyland Paris has begun a phased reopening, starting with both theme parks, Disney Village and Disney’s Newport Bay Club hotel.

Important updates have been implemented across the theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences and other offerings to promote physical distancing based on direction from health experts and government officials.

Park capacity will be significantly limited to comply with governmental requirements and face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 11 and up) and Cast Members. For more information on visiting the theme parks and our required health and safety measures, please visit our reopening hub.

I have an upcoming stay at Disneyland Paris. What does this mean for my holiday?

As Disneyland Paris begins its phased reopening, we will once again invite guests to enjoy unforgettable and magical moments. The theme parks and hotels will reopen with enhanced health and safety measures which might have an impact on elements of your experience and booking.

If you are due to arrive within the next 7 days, you can modify your booking without amendment fees or cancel your booking without fees and receive a full refund, including transport fees if they were booked with Walt Disney Travel Company as part of your package. If you wish to modify your booking, you can move to a new arrival date at the current available rate, subject to availability. We will refund you the difference if the price is lower and you will have to pay the difference if the price is higher.

If you are due to arrive in over 7 days' time, the zen guarantee policy allows you to modify your booking without amendment fees or cancel your booking without fees and receive a full refund, excluding transport fees. If you wish to modify your booking, you can move to a new arrival date at the current available rate, subject to availability. We will refund the difference if the price is lower and you will have to pay the difference if the price is higher.

How will the curfew in France affect my Disneyland Paris holiday?

Following the latest guidance provided by the Government of France, a curfew has been implemented in the Ile-de-France region, including Disneyland Paris, from 9pm to 6am.

In accordance with this, the Disney Hotels, Disney Parks, shops and restaurants will remain open with amended opening times. Dining options located in Disney Village and Disneyland Park will remain open until 8:30pm to ensure you are able to return to your hotel by 9pm. Restaurants at Disney's Newport Bay Club and Disney's Hotel Santa Fe will remain open during their regular operating hours.

You will be required to remain in your Disney Hotel during the curfew hours of 9pm to 6am.
