How can I book online?

Please use our convenient online booking site www.disneyholidays.co.uk/disneyland-paris to book your magical Disneyland Paris package.


Can I book more than one room per reservation?

We are currently unable to book multiple rooms under one reference online, therefore you would need to make separate reservations. If you would prefer to speak to one of our Disney Experts who can make your reservations in one call for multiple rooms, please call 0800 169 0737.


Who do I contact if I am having problems booking online?

If you are having problems booking online please call our helpful Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737 for assistance. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.


What do I do if I need to cancel my booking or remove one or more of the passengers from my booking?

For all bookings, the lead passenger on your booking needs to notify us of the cancellation in writing, quoting the booking reference and the reasons for cancelling, if possible. Please send an email with these details to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com. A new invoice will then be sent highlighting any outstanding monies or any refunds due to you.

Please note, we cannot accept any cancellations over the phone.

If I have booked online, who can I talk to if I want to change or amend my existing booking?

The lead passenger can make changes to their reservation(s) by calling our helpful Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737, quoting the booking reference. You will be advised of any amendment charges and an updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made.

I have just returned from holiday and would like to make a complaint - how do I do this?

Please send any complaints in writing within 28 days of your return to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com.
