What are the benefits of staying at a Disney® Hotel?
If you’re staying at one of the Disney® Hotels, you’ll receive plenty of unique Disney extras. Firstly, you will be just minutes from the Disney Parks where you will receive Extra Magic Time on certain days, allowing you to enter the parks before they open. You’ll also enjoy free car parking at your Disney® Hotel!
How far are the Disney® Hotels from the Disney Parks?
All Disney® Hotels are within a 20-minute walk through Disney Village® or a 10-minute ride on the regular free shuttles to the Disney Parks. For a detailed map showing the locations of each Disney® Hotel, please click the link below.
When staying at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, you can drive to the Disney Parks within 15 minutes, where you'll receive complimentary parking. Please note that there is no shuttle service from Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.

Is car parking available at the Disney® Hotels?
Yes, free parking is available at all Disney® Hotels for the duration of your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times at my Disney® Hotel?
You may check in at all Disney® Hotels at any time on the day you arrive, even in the morning. Your room will be available from 3:00 pm (except at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch where rooms are available from 4:00 pm). If you arrive before your room is ready, you can head straight to the Parks whilst your bags are kept in the Left Luggage Room (excluding Disney Davy Crockett Ranch).
Check-out time for all Disney® Hotels is before 11:00 am. If you want to enjoy a final day of fun at the Disney Parks, you are welcome to store your bags with the left luggage service until you are ready to depart (except at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch). If you require late checkout, please check with your hotel’s reception desk at check-in. Please note that late check-out cannot be guaranteed.

Can I check-in online prior to my arrival?

If I am travelling with more than one infant, can I request an additional cot for my room?
Unfortunately, we can only request to have one cot per room in all Disney® Hotels. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What are the benefits of the Disney Express hotel check-in & luggage service?
• Receive your hotel check-in documents in advance, including Disney® Park Tickets and any booked extras.
• Have your luggage transferred directly to your hotel upon arrival and to the station upon departure

Do all Disney® Hotels provide the Disney Express hotel check-in & luggage service?
The Disney Express hotel check-in & luggage service is available for purchase in advance when travelling to Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy station by train. For more information about the Disney Express service or to add it to your booking, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*.
Guests who have booked a Disney Davy Crockett Ranch or Les Villages Nature Paris package cannot book the Disney Express service.
How will I receive my tickets and meal vouchers if I am using the Disney Express service?
When you arrive at Disneyland® Paris Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, go straight to the Disney Express counter located on the first floor to drop off your luggage and receive your advance hotel check-in documents, including your Disney® Park Tickets, meal vouchers, and any other booked extras.
Is parking available at Disneyland® Hotel?
Yes, parking is available but reserved for Disneyland® Hotel Guests only. Alternative parking options are available nearby, including at your booked Disney® Hotel.
