How far are the Disney Hotels from the Disney Parks?

All the Disney Hotels are within 20 minutes’ walk through Disney Village. Please visit our Disney Hotel page at for a detailed map highlighting the locations of each of the Disney Hotels.

When staying at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, you can drive to the Disney Parks within 15 minutes, where you can benefit from complimentary car parking. Please note, there is no shuttle service from Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.

What are the benefits of staying at a Disney Hotel?

If you’re staying at one of the Disney Hotels, you’ll get plenty of extras. Firstly, you will be just minutes from the Disney Parks where you will receive Extra Magic Time on certain days and you’ll also enjoy free car parking.

Is car parking available at the Disney Hotels?

Yes, free car parking is available at all Disney Hotels for the duration of your stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times at my Disney Hotel?

Check-in time is 3pm at all Disney Hotels.

You will need to vacate the room before 11am on the day of your departure. If you require late checkout, please check with your hotel’s reception desk at check-in. Please note late check-out cannot be guaranteed.

Can I check-in online prior to my arrival?

Yes, you can check-in up to 7 days prior to your arrival using the official Disneyland Paris mobile app. For full details, please read the site link below.

How can I make a special request for my booking?

If you have any special requests regarding your Disneyland® Paris stay, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737. Alternatively, email with your booking reference and any special requests and a Disney Expert will respond to your email. Please note special requests cannot be guaranteed.

If I am travelling with more than one infant, is it possible to request an additional cot for my room?

Unfortunately we can only request to have one cot per room in all the hotels in Disneyland Paris. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

What are the benefits of the Disney Express service?

The Disney Express key benefits:
- Receive your hotel check-in documents in advance
- Have your luggage transferred directly to your hotel on arrival and to the station on departure
- Get your Park tickets and go straight to the DisneyParks!

Do all the hotels provide the Disney Express service?

All Disney Hotels offer the Disney Express Service; you must add this to your booking. For more information about the Disney Express service, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737.

How will I receive my tickets and meal vouchers, if I am using the Disney Express service on Eurostar?

When you arrive at Disneyland Paris Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, go straight to the Disney Express counter on the first floor to drop off your luggage and receive your advance hotel check-in documents (including your Park tickets).

How can I find out about closures of Disney Hotel facilities?

To make sure our guests are having the most magical time at our Disney Hotels, Disneyland Paris needs to undertake continuous maintenance, renovation and development work to maintain quality standards. Therefore, some amenities might be closed on certain days.

Disney Newport Bay Club
• Swimming pool will be closed between 17th April - 7th June 2023 and 11th - 15th December 2023.

Disney Davy Crockett Ranch
• Swimming pool will be closed between 29th May - 2nd June 2023 and 20th November - 1st December 2023.

Disney Sequoia Lodge
• Swimming pool will be closed between 12th - 16th June 2023 and 6th - 17th November 2023.

Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel
• Swimming pool will be closed between 19th - 23rd June 2023 and 4th - 8th December 2023.

How can I access Disneyland Hotel?

Given the popularity of our recently reopened hotel, for those without a package, restaurant or spa reservation, we will now grant limited access through a slot reservation system.

Please go to the Lineberty website and book your slot to access Disneyland Hotel. Reservation must be made on the same day, for a maximum of 4 people per reservation, and is subject to availability. Once your reservation is confirmed, please go to the hotel’s entrance in Fantasia Gardens at the indicated time. Your reservation is guarantee for an hour. After this, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

We are delighted that non-residents have the opportunity to visit this royal establishment. In order to offer a great experience for all our guests, we encourage you to adopt an appropriate behaviour in the hotel and towards our Cast Members.

Can I book a restaurant reservation at Disneyland Hotel even if I am not staying there?

Guests staying at one of our Disney Hotels can book lunch reservations at the Royal Banquet (subject to additional payment and availability). Simply reserve your table through the Official Disneyland Paris Mobile App or our website!

Please note that dinner reservations are exclusive to Disneyland Hotel guests only.

How can I book My Royal Dream: a fairytale makeover?

To ensure we deliver a unique experience for Disneyland Hotel guests, My Royal Dream is limited to Disneyland Hotel guests only. Bookings can be made using the official Disneyland Paris mobile app or via the website and are subject to additional payment and availability.

Can I book a spa treatment at Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins even if I am not staying at Disneyland Hotel?

Yes, anyone is welcome to experience Disneyland Hotel Spa by Clarins. To make a booking, please visit the Deep Nature website

Treatments are sold and provided by Deep Nature and are subject to additional payment and availability. Please be aware that a valid ID and reservation will be required.

Is parking available at Disneyland Hotel?

The Disneyland Hotel car park is reserved for Disneyland Hotel Guests only. Alternative parking options are available nearby.​

Is Disneyland Hotel accessible for Guests with Disabilities?
