How do I buy Disney Premier Access?
Guests with a Walt Disney Travel Company International booking can buy Disney Premier Access Ultimate through the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app, once they've linked their booking in the app. This can either be done in advance, once a Guest is within 7 days of their arrival date, or purchased on the day they have entered the Disney Parks.
Guests can buy Disney Premier Access One via the app once they have entered the Disney Parks.
Can I buy Disney Premier Access if I don’t have a smartphone or a Disney Account?
If you don't have a smartphone or a Disney Account, don't worry! You can still purchase Disney Premier Access at City Hall in Disneyland® Park or at Studios Services in Walt Disney Studios® Park.
How many times can I use Disney Premier Access?
Guests can use Disney Premier Access Ultimate once on each available attraction.
Guests can use Disney Premier Access One once on the attraction they booked.
Do I need a valid entry to one of the Disney Parks to buy Disney Premier Access?
Yes, you must have valid entry to the Disney Parks to buy Disney Premier Access.
Can anyone buy Disney Premier Access?
You must have valid entry to the Disney Parks and a Disney Account to purchase Disney Premier Access through the official Disneyland® Paris app. Certain age conditions apply when creating a Disney Account.
Where can I find my Disney Premier Access?
Once you have linked your Walt Disney Travel Company International booking to your account and completed your purchase via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app, head to your account section to find your QR codes.
Can I let someone else use my Disney Premier Access?
Each Disney Premier Access is linked to a specific Disney Park Ticket and can only be used by the ticket holder. It cannot be transferred to another Guest.
Do children need Disney Premier Access to join the dedicated line?
Children under three do not need Disney Premier Access to join the dedicated line. However, they must be accompanied by an adult who has Disney Premier Access.
Please check height restrictions for each attraction.
Can I buy Disney Premier Access One for different attractions at the same time?
You can only purchase Disney Premier Access One for one attraction at a time. However, once your current time slot has begun, you can book another!
To purchase for another attraction, simply start a new transaction and select the attraction you wish to access to check for available time slots.
What happens if an attraction is closed temporarily during my Disney Premier Access One time slot?
If an attraction closes temporarily during your Disney Premier Access One time slot, please speak to a Cast Member in the Parks.
Can I buy Disney Premier Access Ultimate for only some members of an existing hotel + tickets package?
Yes, Guests can do this via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app from 7 days before your arrival date.
Unfortunately, you cannot currently purchase Disney Premier Access Ultimate for only some members of an existing hotel + tickets package via the Disneyland® Paris website.
Can I cancel my Disney Premier Access purchase?
It is not possible to cancel a Disney Premier Access One purchase.
The conditions for the cancellation or modification of a Disney Premier Access Ultimate purchase depend on where you purchased and your arrival date.
