How do I buy Disney Premier Access?
Guests with a Walt Disney Travel Company booking can buy Disney Premier Access Ultimate through the app, once they've linked their booking to the app. This can either be done in advance, once a guest is within 7 days of their arrival date. This can also be purchased on the day they have entered the Disney Parks.
Guests can buy Disney Premier Access One via the app once they have entered the Disney Parks.
Can I buy Disney Premier Access if I don’t have a smartphone or a Disney Account?
If you don't have a smartphone or a Disney Account, don't worry! You can still purchase Disney Premier Access at City Hall in the Disneyland Park or at Studios Services in the Walt Disney Studios Park.
How many times can I use Disney Premier Access?
Guests can use Disney Premier Access Ultimate 1 time on each available attraction. Guests can use Disney Premier Access One 1 time on the attraction you booked.
Please note, your Disney Premier Access is only valid for the date it is purchased for.
Can anyone buy Disney Premier Access?
You must have valid entry to the Disney Parks and you'll need a Disney Account to buy Disney Premier Access in the official Disneyland Paris app. Certain age conditions apply when creating a Disney Account.
Where can I find my Disney Premier Access?
Once you complete your purchase via the app, head to your account section to find your QR codes (please make sure that your Walt Disney Travel Company booking is linked to your account).
Can I let someone else use my Disney Premier Access?
Each Disney Premier Access is linked to a specific Park Ticket and can only be used by that ticket holder. It cannot be transferred to another Guest.
Do children need Disney Premier Access to join the dedicated line?
Children under three do not need a Disney Premier Access to join the dedicated line. They must however be accompanied by an adult who has Disney Premier Access. Please check height restrictions for each attraction.
Can I buy Disney Premier Access One for different attractions at the same time?
You can only buy Disney Premier Access One for 1 attraction at a time. To buy for another attraction, simply start another purchase and select the attraction you want to ride to see if there are any time slots available.
What happens if an attraction is closed temporarily during my Disney Premier Access One time slot?
If an attraction closes during your time slot, you will receive a new Pass in the “My Disney Premier Access” section of the app. You can wait to see if the attraction re-opens or use your new Pass to access the Disney Premier Access line for any other eligible attraction, at any time (no time slot)*.
*Check your new Pass in the app for a list of eligible attractions.
Can I buy Disney Premier Access Ultimate for only some members of an existing Hotel+Tickets package?
Yes, guests can do this via the app from 7 days before your arrival date.
Can I cancel my Disney Premier Access purchase?
It is not possible to cancel a Disney Premier Access One purchase.
The conditions for the cancellation and modification of a Disney Premier Access Ultimate purchase depend on where you purchased your Disney Premier Access Ultimate and your arrival date.
