Can I book an accessible room at any Disney Hotel?

Yes, all Disney Hotels offer accessible hotel rooms which provide added comfort and services for guests with disabilities. Call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737 to reserve one of these rooms as part of your Disney package.


Does Disney provide an accessibility guide for the Disney Parks?

Yes, there is a special guide for guests with disabilities. The Disney Parks Accessibility Guide (available in English) and includes information on suitable attractions and general park information for guests with disabilities. This can be collected from City Hall (Disneyland Park) or Studio Services (Walt Disney Studios Park).

Are all the attractions and rides suitable for the guests with disabilities?

To find out which attractions are suitable for guests with disabilities, please see our Disney Parks Accessibility Map which you can collect from City Hall (Disneyland Park) or Studio Services (Walt Disney Studios Park) or speak to one of our helpful cast members. If required, guests can request an Easy Access Card which guarantees easier access to attractions - guests need to present original medical certificate or a Disabled priority card which gives priority access to certain attractions (can include "difficulty standing" card, war disability card or European disabled parking badge).


Are there reserved areas during parades and shows for guests with wheelchairs?

Yes, both Disney Parks offer areas within the parade routes and within the Disney show theatres for guests in wheelchairs - these are marked with the standard wheelchair symbol. Our Cast Members will be happy to direct you to the designated areas and guests need to arrive in plenty of time as space is limited.


Is it possible to rent a wheelchair at Disneyland Paris?

Yes, you can rent wheelchairs at the Wheelchair Rental shop, which is located at Walt Disney Studios Park (near Studio Services) and Disneyland Park (by the entrance at Town Square Terrace). There is a small charge for this service and a refundable deposit is also required at time of hire.


Where do I go if I need medical treatment?

If you require medical treatment, you can go to the first aid centres, which are located on Main Street, U.S.A. near Central Plaza at Disneyland Park and behind Studio Services at Walt Disney Studios Park. In case of an emergency, please speak to any Cast Member.


Are there any reserved parking spaces for guests with special needs?

Yes, all car parks within Disneyland Paris offer a number of spaces which are reserved for guests with disabilities. These spaces are available on request upon arrival at your Disney Hotel car park so please ask a cast member for the special reserved areas.


What are Disneyland Paris Access Cards?

Guests with disabilities or a Long Term Chronic Disease can request a Priority Card or Easy Access Card for certain activities and services, depending on the official document provided by the Guest.
