When is my remaining balance due?
If you are booking a flight-inclusive package, you will be required to pay 15% of your accommodation costs plus your flights costs in full at time of booking. For all other bookings, we require 15% of your total package price, as a deposit. The remaining balance is due 70 days prior to departure.
Can I pay my remaining balance by phone if I have booked online?
Paying online is quick and easy by logging into Manage My Booking. However, you may choose to settle your balance by either debit or credit card over the telephone by calling our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*.
What happens if I don't pay my remaining balance by the due date given?
We are pleased to offer you the flexibility of paying off your holiday in instalments as and when it suits you and your budget. However, the payment of your balance remains your responsibility. Should you miss your final due date, this will result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit lost.
Are payments taken automatically?
Payments are not taken automatically, we are giving you full control and flexibility over when is best for you to pay. Every payment must be done manually by logging into Manage My Booking and using our easy online payment portal.
