What is a MagicPass?

The MagicPass is a multi-purpose card that contains your room key, Disney Park Tickets, any purchased Premier Access passes, Meal Plan entitlements (if applicable), purchased event tickets and other add-ons (such as Character Dining).

You can also use it to charge selected food and merchandise purchases to your Disney® Hotel room if you activate this service. Each Guest in your Disney® Hotel + ticket package booking will get a MagicPass with their name on it!

You can choose to use your physical MagicPass, a digital MagicPass, or both!

What isn't included on my MagicPass?

Disney PhotoPass™+ and pre-booked excursion vouchers are not available on your digital MagicPass. If purchased, you can collect them at the Reception Desk of your Disney® Hotel.


Can other members of the booking use my digital MagicPass on their phone?

Any Guest in your booking with a Disney Account and the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app downloaded on their phone will be able to access all of the MagicPasses for the group in the app.


What happens if I lose my MagicPass?

If you lose your physical MagicPass, you can report it missing where it will be cancelled. You can then obtain a replacement from the front desk at your Disney® Hotel or at City Hall in Disneyland® Park or at Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios® Park. Alternatively, you can use the digital MagicPass on your smartphone.


How do I know what has been loaded onto my MagicPass?

You can check with the front desk at your Disney® Hotel for confirmation of what has been loaded onto your MagicPass.


Can I check the balance of my MagicPass for remaining meal entitlements?

Yes, you can check what meal entitlements you have used on the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app.
