What is the deposit required for my booking?

If you are booking a flight-inclusive package, you will be required to pay 15% of your accommodation costs plus your flights costs in full at time of booking. For all other bookings, we require 15% of your total package price, as a deposit. The remaining balance is due 70 days prior to departure. You can pay your balance by calling our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debits cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo.

How can I pay my holiday balance?

What do I do if I have a query on the costing of my booking, require a confirmation invoice or wish to amend/change my booking?

If you have a query on an existing booking, please call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737. To make any amendments, the lead passenger can call our Disney Experts on the number above, quoting the booking reference.

You will be advised of any amendment charges and an updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made via the Manage My Booking link below.

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am to 4:00pm

When will I receive my travel documents?

Guests will receive all their travel documentation approximately 14-28 days prior to the departure date, which includes a free mini guide to help with your Disneyland Paris planning.

Please note all travel documentation is currently being sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking.


Is my payment safe online?

At Disney we are committed to keeping your information safe. Your credit and debit card details are both safe and secure online - our use of 3D secure adds an extra layer of protection to our guests when making credit or debit card payments. This works by adding an authentication step, which is now a widely-used process by a number of organisations accepting online payments.
