We accept all major credit and debits cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo.
What is the deposit required for my booking?
If you are booking a flight-inclusive package, you will be required to pay 15% of your hotel and ticket costs as a deposit, along with the full cost of your flights at the time of booking. For all other bookings, we require a 15% deposit of your total package price. The remaining balance is due 70 days prior to departure.
Do you offer any type of payment plan?
Yes! You can now spread the cost of your Disney Holiday with flexible instalments, all with no fees or interest. Book your Disney holiday with a deposit from just 15%, then pay the rest in flexible instalments by your balance due date. When is my remaining holiday balance due?
Your full balance must be paid at least 70 days prior to departure.
What happens if I don't pay my remaining balance by the due date given?
We are pleased to offer you the flexibility of paying off your holiday in instalments as and when it suits you and your budget. However, the payment of your balance remains your responsibility. Should you miss your final due date, this will result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit lost.
Is my payment safe online?
At Disney we are committed to keeping your information safe. Your credit and debit card details are both safe and secure online - our use of 3D secure adds an extra layer of protection to our Guests when making credit or debit card payments. This works by adding an authentication step, which is now a widely used process by a number of organisations accepting online payments.
Can I pay my remaining balance by phone if I have booked online?

What do I do if I have a query on the costing of my booking, require a confirmation invoice or wish to amend/change my booking?
If you have a query about an existing booking, please call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*. To make any amendments, the lead passenger should call our Disney Experts on the number above, quoting their booking reference.
You will be informed of any amendment charges and an updated invoice will be sent to you. You can also view any changes to your booking by logging in to Manage My Booking.
