Are there any luggage restrictions?

For information on luggage requirements for both the Eurostar™ and TGV legs of your journey, please visit their websites. Eurostar™ and SNCF have different baggage regulations, so please ensure compliance with both.


Are the Eurostar™ travel class names changing?

Eurostar’s travel class names will be changing for passengers travelling on or after 4th November 2024.

For those travelling on or before 3rd November, you’ll be travelling in Eurostar’s current travel classes: Standard or Standard Plus.

For travel on or after 4th November, you’ll be travelling in Eurostar’s new travel classes: Eurostar Standard or Eurostar Plus.

Please note that whilst the travel class names are changing, the service and experience remain the same.


Why is the Eurostar™ travel class shown on my travel documentation different to the one I booked?

Eurostar’s travel class names will be changing for passengers travelling on or after 4th November 2024. Whilst we work to update this across our site, you may find a minor discrepancy between the travel class you booked and the travel class on your travel documentation. Rest assured that whilst the travel class names are changing, the service and experience remain the same as the previous travel classes.


Can I book a Disneyland® Paris package with Eurostar™ tickets?

Yes, you can book a Disneyland® Paris package that includes return Eurostar™ tickets through Walt Disney Travel Company International. Our Eurostar™ packages offer a complete trip to Disneyland® Paris with a simple change at Lille Europe Station. What station does Eurostar™ depart from?

Eurostar™ services depart from London St Pancras International, which is located in central London and offers with easy transport connections.


What is the journey time from London to Disneyland® Paris?

Eurostar™ trains operate on high-speed lines. You can expect to arrive at Disneyland® Paris in as little as 3 hours from boarding at London St Pancras International, with a simple change at Lille.


How far is Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy from the Disney Parks and Disney® Hotels?

Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station is located very close to the gates of the Disney Parks and only a short distance from the Disney® Hotels and Disney Village®. For more information on the location of the Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station, please view the interactive map on the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app.


When will I be able to select my train seats?

You can select your seats once you have your travel reference, which you will receive approximately 75 days prior to departure. After you receive an invoice showing your transport reference, you can go online to make your selections with Eurostar™.


What is the difference between Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus (formerly Standard Premier) tickets?

In addition to the comfort offered by Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus (formerly Standard Premier) provides extra spacious seats, as well as a light meal and a drink served at your seat. What is Disney Express luggage service and how do I use it?

Disney Express allows you to head straight to the Disney Parks upon arrival into Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, so you can start your magical adventure immediately.

Upon arrival at Disneyland® Paris Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, go directly to the Disney Express counter on the first floor to drop off your luggage and receive your advance Hotel check-in documents, including your Disney Park Tickets. You can then proceed to the Parks while your luggage is safely transported to your hotel or held for collection at check-in.

When it’s time to say goodbye, Disney Express will take care of your belongings so that you can escape the hassle and focus on enjoying your last day in the park!

For trains departing after 1:00 pm, simply drop-off your luggage at your hotel's Concierge Desk before 11:00 pm, and it will be transferred directly to the station. You will need to collect your luggage up from the Disney Express counter at the station at least 40 minutes before your train's departure.

For trains departing before 1:00pm, you can drop off your luggage directly to the counter from 7:45 am, where it will be held until it is collected for your train.

Please remember to notify a Cast Member of your return train time so they can assist with your luggage transfer upon check-out from your hotel.

To ensure you don't miss a second of the magic, you can choose to add the Disney Express luggage service when travelling on the Eurostar™ train via Lille, or if you've booked your Eurostar™ travel independently. What documents do I need to take with me while travelling with Eurostar™?

All passengers, including infants, must carry their valid passports and train tickets with them at all times throughout the journey. We also recommend downloading the Eurostar™ app for travel updates.

Do I need to check in before departure?

Yes, we advise you to arrive at the station at least 90 minutes before departure to ensure you have enough time to check-in. Please note that this advice can change, so be sure to check the Eurostar™ website via the link below ahead of departure.

Do infants/toddlers get a seat on Eurostar™ services?

Children under 4 travel for free with Eurostar™ but do not receive their own seat and will need to sit on a parent’s lap. If you would like a seat for your little one, please call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*.


Do all stations have step-free access?

Are there passport control facilities at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station when departing Disneyland® Paris?

No, there are no passport checks before you board your TGV train at Marne-la-Vallée station. The French authorities and the UK Border Force will check your travel documents before you board your Eurostar™ train at Lille Europe station.

There will be no checks upon arrival in the UK, so you can simply hop off the train and make your way home!
