How often do Eurostar™ services operate?

The Eurostar runs regularly and takes you direct to the park gates at popular times like school holidays and bank holidays! Please search for full information about times and availability.

What stations do Eurostar™ services depart from?

Both direct and indirect services depart from St Pancras International (located in central London with easy transport connections).

Please note, all direct trains and trains from Ashford and Ebbsfleet are currently suspended.

Do all stations have step-free access?

Yes, all stations have step-free access for guests.

What is the journey time from London to Disneyland Paris?

If you’re using the direct service from St Pancras International, it takes around 2h 45m to get to Disneyland Paris. If you’re travelling via Lille, the estimated travel time is only 3h 18m. Times from Ebbsfleet and Ashford are slightly less.

How far is Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy from the Disney Parks and Disney Hotels?

Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy station is located in the heart of Disneyland Paris - just a few minutes’ walk away from the Disney Parks and Disney Hotels. Our Disneyland Paris map highlighting the location is included within our mini guide which you will receive in your travel documentation pack.

What is the difference between Standard and Standard Premier tickets?

In addition to all the comfort that Standard offers you, with Standard Premier you will get more room to stretch out in a reclining seat, as well as a light meal and a drink served at your seat. Walt Disney Travel Company International offers both tickets as part of a Eurostar™-inclusive package. You can find out more about pricing and availability on our website.

Please note that food and drink is currently not being served onboard Eurostar™ trains.

What is Disney Express luggage service and how do I use it?

Disney Express is included only on direct Eurostar™ services. It gives you the opportunity to head straight to the Disney Parks on arrival into Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy station, meaning you can start your magical adventure in no time at all.

Upon arrival at Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy train station, simply drop off your luggage at the Disney Express desk and it will be taken to your Disney Hotel straight away. You will then be able to collect it when you check into your Disney Hotel later that day.

You can now choose to add the Disney Express luggage service when you are travelling indirect via Lille and if you have booked your Eurostar™ travel independently. This service can be added at a cost. When you arrive at Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy train station, simply drop off your luggage at the Disney Express desk and it will be taken to your Disney Hotel straight away. To add Disney Express luggage service to your booking, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 16 90 737.

On the journey home, whether you’re travelling direct, indirect or if you’ve booked your Eurostar independently, you’ll be able to collect your luggage from the Disney Express desk at the station before you board the train.

What documents do I need to take with me while travelling with Eurostar™?

All passengers including infants must have their valid passports and train tickets with them at all times throughout the journey.

Do I need to check in before the departure?

Yes, you need to check in at the station at least 30 minutes before the departure. We advise you to arrive at the station 50 minutes before departure to make sure you have time to check-in and enjoy the start of your magical holiday. Detailed check-in information will be included within your travel documentation.

Are there any luggage restrictions?

Eurostar do not impose any weight restrictions for your luggage. If you are travelling with an adult ticket, you can take up to 2 pieces of luggage and 1 small piece of hand luggage, each bag can be up to 85cm long at its widest point. You are permitted to take 4 bottles or cans of beer and 1 bottle of wine per person on Eurostar. No spirits are permitted.

Are the trains accessible for guests with disabilities?

There are accessible fares available for guests with disabilities, so please call 0800 169 0737 to speak to one of our Disney Experts, who will be able to assist with your request. Please note that the passengers will need to use their own wheelchairs if required.

Can I book my Disneyland Paris package with Eurostar™ tickets?

Do infants/toddlers get a seat on Eurostar™ service?

Children under 4 do not get a seat on the trains and will need to sit on their parent’s lap. However, if you’d like a seat for your little one please call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737.

What does the UK Home Office legislation regarding exit checks mean for me?

The legislation requires identity checks for all travellers exiting the UK.

Eurostar™ and P&O Ferries have travel documentation checks (i.e. passport, identity card, group passport) across their terminals and ports. We would advise you to allow plenty of time to pass through the terminal or port and have your travel documentation to hand.

Are there passport control facilities at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy when departing Disneyland Paris?

Yes, if you are traveling on the direct service, French exit checks will occur at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy. Travellers' passports will also need to be checked upon arrival back in the UK, this might mean that you'll need to queue for a short time at your destination station.
