How often do Eurostar™ services operate?

What stations do Eurostar™ services depart from?

Services depart from London St Pancras International (located in central London with easy transport connections).

Please note, trains from Ashford and Ebbsfleet are currently suspended.


What is the journey time from London to Disneyland Paris?

The estimated journey time travelling from St Pancras International via Lille is only 3h 18m (depending on your connection). Times from Ebbsfleet and Ashford are slightly less.


How far is Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy from the Disney Parks and Disney Hotels?

When will I be able to select my train seats?

Seat selections can be made once you have your travel reference, this will be provided to you around 75 days prior to departure. Once you've received an invoice showing your transport reference, you can go online and make your selections.


What is the difference between Standard and Standard Premier tickets?

In addition to all the comfort that Standard offers you, with Standard Premier you will get more room to stretch out in a reclining seat, as well as a light meal and a drink served at your seat. What is Disney Express luggage service and how do I use it?

Disney Express gives you the opportunity to head straight to the Disney Parks on arrival into Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy station, meaning you can start your magical adventure in no time at all.

When you arrive at Disneyland Paris Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station, go straight to the Disney Express counter on the first floor to drop off your luggage and receive your advance Hotel check-in documents (including your Park tickets). You can then head straight to the Parks, while your luggage is taken safely to your Hotel, or you to collect at check-in.

When it’s time to say goodbye, Disney Express luggage service will take care of your belongings so that you can escape the hassle and focus on enjoying your last day in the park!

For trains departing after 1:00PM, simply drop-off your luggage at your Hotel's Concierge Desk before 11:00 AM and it will be transferred directly to the station, so you can spend the whole day exploring Disneyland Paris. You will need to pick your luggage up from the Disney Express counter in the station at least 40 minutes prior to your train's departure.

For trains departing before 1:00PM, you also have the option of dropping your luggage to the counter from 7:45AM, where it will be held until it is collected for your train.

Don’t forget to notify the Cast Members of your return train time so they can assist with the transfer of your luggage upon check-out of your hotel.

To ensure you don't miss a second of the magic, you can choose to add the Disney Express luggage service when travelling on the Eurostar™ train via Lille, or if you've booked your Eurostar™ travel independently. What documents do I need to take with me while travelling with Eurostar™?

All passengers including infants must have their valid passports and train tickets with them at all times throughout the journey.


Do I need to check in before the departure?

Yes, we advise you to arrive at the station 90 minutes before departure to make sure you have time to check-in and enjoy the start of your magical holiday. Detailed check-in information will be included within your travel documentation.


Are there any luggage restrictions?

Eurostar do not impose any weight restrictions for your luggage. If you are travelling with an adult ticket, you can take up to 2 pieces of luggage and 1 small piece of hand luggage, each bag can be up to 85cm long at its widest point. You are permitted to take 4 bottles or cans of beer and 1 bottle of wine per person on Eurostar. No spirits are permitted.


Do infants/toddlers get a seat on Eurostar™ service?

Children under 4 do not get a seat on the trains and will need to sit on their parent’s lap. However, if you’d like a seat for your little one please call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737.


Do all stations have step-free access?

Yes, all stations have step-free access for guests.


Are the trains accessible for guests with disabilities?

There are accessible fares available for guests with disabilities, so please call 0800 169 0737 to speak to one of our Disney Experts, who will be able to assist with your request. Please note that the passengers will need to use their own wheelchairs if required.


Can I book my Disneyland Paris package with Eurostar™ tickets?

Are there passport control facilities at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy when departing Disneyland Paris?

There will be no passport checks before you board your TGV train at Marne-la-Vallée station. The French authorities and the UK Border Force will check your travel documents before you board your Eurostar train at Lille Europe station.

No checks will be made upon arrival in the UK, so you can simply hop off the train and make your way home!


What does the UK Home Office legislation regarding exit checks mean for me?

The legislation requires identity checks for all travellers exiting the UK.

Eurostar™ and P&O Ferries have travel documentation checks (i.e. passport, identity card, group passport) across their terminals and ports. We would advise you to allow plenty of time to pass through the terminal or port and have your travel documentation to hand.
