Do I need to book my Character Encounter?
Most Character Encounters don't require a booking... simply join the queue at the Character Encounter location in the Disney Parks.
Character Dining experiences must be booked in advance, either via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app or the official website. Character Dining experiences are very popular, so make sure you book well in advance!
To participate in a training session with Spider-Man or one of the Avengers, join the virtual queue for the Hero Training Center at Avengers Campus via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app on the day, once you are in the Disney Parks.
Are you staying at Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel? You can book a Heroic Encounter at the Super Hero Station in advance or during your visit via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app, or directly at the hotel's reception desk (limited availability).

Where can I find Baby Care Centres within Disneyland® Paris?
Baby care Centres are dedicated places to care for your baby and can be found in both Disney Parks. The Baby Care Centres have everything you need to look after your little ones: changing tables, a kitchen with a microwave and sink, and a breastfeeding area for parents who want more privacy. These centres also have nappies and baby food available for purchase.
Baby Care Centres are located between Discovery Arcade and Plaza Gardens Restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.®, in Disneyland® Park and between Studio Services and Studio Photo at Front Lot, in Walt Disney Studios® Park.

Can you explain the Rider Switch service?
Disneyland® Paris offers a Rider Switch service that allows Guests travelling together with young children/babies to take turns riding an attraction.
While the first parent/ guardian rides the attraction, the second parent/ guardian waits outside with the children. At the exit, the first parent/ guardian can collect a Rider Switch pass and hand it to the second. The first parent/ guardian then takes over watching the children whilst the second can proceed directly to the attraction exit and board without waiting.
To find out which attractions offer the Rider Switch service, please speak to a Cast Member within either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park.

How do I use Extra Magic Time?

Can I smoke in the Disney Parks?
For everyone’s comfort and convenience, we have smoking restrictions in place. In the Disney Parks, both covered and uncovered areas are non-smoking, except for designated outdoor areas specifically created and equipped for smokers. This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes. You can find these areas on our Park maps or speak to one of our helpful Cast Members who can advise you where these are located.
What happens if I lose any personal items during my visit to the Disney Parks?
If you have lost an item at Disneyland® Paris, you can report it on a dedicated online platform called Troov. Troov is an online service that works with Disneyland® Paris to match items declared lost with items found in the two Disney Parks, Disney® Hotels, Disney Village®, and other Disneyland® Paris locations. Once you fill out the online form describing your lost item, you will be contacted if there is a match.
