How far are the Partner and Selected Hotels from the Disney Parks?
Getting to the Disney Parks and Disney Village® from any of the Partner or Selected Hotels is easy with the complimentary shuttle service, which will transport you to and from the Disney magic in around 10-15 minutes (depending on your chosen hotel).

Unfortunately, Extra Magic Time is a benefit exclusive to Guests staying in a Disney® Hotel or at Les Villages Nature Paris.

Yes, free parking is available at most Partner or Selected Hotels for the duration of your stay. Please visit our Partner and Selected Hotel pages to view the facilities and amenities at your chosen hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times at my Partner or Selected Hotel?
Check-in is 3:00 pm for all Partner and Selected Hotels, and you are required to vacate the room before 11:00 am on the day of your departure. If you require late check-out, please check with your hotel’s reception desk at check-in.
Please note that late check-out cannot be guaranteed. If required, your hotel may be able to store your luggage for you.
How do I use the free shuttle bus from my hotel?
You can use your hotel's free shuttle service to get to and from the Disney Parks. The shuttle will drop you off at one of two stops near the SNCF RER Marne-la Vallée/Chessy train station, located at the entrance to Disney Village®, which leads to the Disney Parks.
Please ask at your hotel's reception desk for shuttle times.
How can I make a special request for my booking?
If you have any special requests regarding your Disneyland® Paris stay, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*. Alternatively, you can email disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com with your booking reference and any special requests. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed.
If I am travelling with more than one infant, is it possible to request an additional cot for my room?
Unfortunately, we can only request to have one cot per room in all our Partner and Selected Hotels. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
Can I take advantage of Disney Express luggage service when staying at a Partner or Selected Hotel?
If you are staying at a Partner or Selected Hotel, the Disney Express hotel check-in & luggage service is not available for your outbound journey. However, you can purchase the return journey service directly from your hotel, subject to cost and availability.
Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?
A continental breakfast is included for Guests staying at Explorers Fabulous Hotels Group and B&B Hotel. If you are staying at another Partner and Selected hotel and would like to add breakfast to your stay, please request it directly from your hotel's reception on arrival.
Does my Partner or Selected hotel package include Disney Park Tickets?
Yes, Disney Park Tickets are included in your package when staying at any of our Partner or Selected hotels.
When will I receive my Disney® Park Tickets and how do I use them?
For Partner or Selected hotel bookings made before 10th March 2026, you can collect your tickets upon check-in at your hotel.
For Partner or Selected hotel bookings made from 10th March 2026, you will receive your Disney Park e-tickets alongside your travel documents approximately 14-28 days prior to your departure. Print your tickets or, if you’d prefer a paperless option, add your tickets to the Disneyland Paris app by scanning the QR code on the ticket.
To enter the parks, simply head to the turnstiles at the entrance to the resort and scan your physical or digital ticket. If you have a physical ticket, make sure to keep hold of it to hop between parks.
Will there be Disney Characters at my hotel?
Disney Characters are only available at Disney® Hotels but don’t worry, you’ll meet plenty of your Disney friends out and about in the Disney Parks!
Do all Partner and Selected Hotels offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, all Partner and Selected Hotels offer free Wi-Fi.
Can I add a Disneyland® Paris Meal Plan to my holiday if I'm staying in a Partner or Selected Hotel?
Disneyland® Paris Meal Plans are only available to Guests staying in a Disney® Hotel. However, you can add breakfast to your stay by requesting it directly from your hotel's reception on arrival.
Can I book Character Dining if I'm staying in a Partner or Selected Hotel?
Yes, you can enjoy memorable meals with your Disney Characters, regardless of which hotel you are staying in.
Reservations are available and highly recommended from 2 months before arrival via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app.
