Is the offer included in my booking?

This offer is available for bookings made from 21 June 2022 to 31 October 2023 (inclusive), to Guests 18+ years and older residing in United Kingdom:

• When you book any Hotel+Ticket Package in a Disney Hotel or Les Villages Nature Paris at Disneyland Paris, you will receive one 12-month subscription to Disney+.

The earlier you set up your Disney+ subscription, the better! You can start streaming Disney+ once you’ve received your Disney+ activation code and set up your subscription to Disney+.

How do I redeem my subscription?

If you’ve made a new booking with Walt Disney Travel Company since 5th July 2022, please see the redemption details documentation attached to your invoice or follow the steps below.

Please note, you will only be able to start the below redemption process 72 hours after booking your holiday.
Step 1: Fill out our webform
Fill out the webform in the 'Read More' link below to receive your Disney+ activation information.

Step 2: Get your voucher code
Once you’ve filled out the webform, your voucher code and personalised link to the Disney+ Platform will appear on screen. You can also choose the option to have this Disney+ activation information e-mailed to your inbox.

Step 3: Sign up for Disney+
Simply click on the personalised link on screen or open your Disney+ activation email and you'll be directed to the Disney+ website to activate your subscription.

How long do I have to redeem my Disney+ subscription?

Eligible bookings made from 17th July 2023 will have until 31st December 2023 to activate the subscription.

What happens after my offer period ends?

If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged the prevailing monthly rate for a Disney+ subscription in your country.

You can cancel anytime. If you want to cancel any renewal of your Disney+ subscription during your subscription term, follow the steps in the link below:

Do I need to enter payment details to sign up?

Am I eligible if I previously had Disney+?

If you are a returning customer, you qualify for this Disney+ subscription offer. You are not eligible for this offer if you currently have an active Disney+ subscription. If you cancelled your Disney+ subscription, you will not be able to redeem this promotion until your current subscription ends.

If I modify or cancel my booking, what will happen to my Disney+ subscription?

If you modify your booking, your Disney+ subscription offer will remain unchanged. For example, if you change your visit dates, the Disney+ activation information you received when you first booked will continue to be valid.
If your booking is cancelled by you or by Disneyland Paris, your Disney+ subscription offer will cease to apply. If you’ve already activated your Disney+ subscription, your subscription on us will end [with immediate effect].

I didn’t receive my offer e-mail. What can I do?

Your offer redemption information will be attached to your Walt Disney Trave Company invoice email. If you haven’t received this email within one (1) week of your booking, please check your eligibility, and check your spam folder.

How long will it take to receive my activation code after filling in the webform?

Once you’ve filled out and submitted the webform, your voucher code and personalised link to the Disney+ Platform will appear immediately on screen. You can also choose the option to have this Disney+ activation information e-mailed to your inbox, should you wish to redeem your subscription at a later stage.

I am getting an error message after filling in the webform. What do I do?

Your voucher code and personalised link to the Disney+ Platform should appear immediately on screen. If this doesn’t work, please check you are using the correct Walt Disney Travel Company booking number and name associated to your booking. If you are still experiencing issues, please call our Disney experts on 0800 169 0737, quoting your booking reference.

My voucher code is not working on the Disney+ platform. Who can help me with this?

What are the Disney+ offer terms and conditions?

Your activation link is connected to the country website chosen. You are on the United Kingdom website, your Disney+ subscription will be available only in this country. If you live in an eligible country but book on a different country's website, the activation link won’t work in the country where you live.

Offer valid for bookings made from 21st June 2022 to 31st October 2023 (inclusive), for Guests 18 years or older residing in United Kingdom.

When you book any Hotel+Ticket Package in a Disney Hotel or Les Villages Nature Paris at Disneyland Paris, you will receive one 12-month subscription to Disney+.

The following hotels are excluded from the Disney+ Offer: Adagio Marne la Vallée Val d’Europe, B&B Hotel, Campanile Val De France, Hotel l’Elysée Val d’Europe, Explorers Fabulous Hotels Group, Grand Magic Fabulous Hotels Group, Dream Castle Fabulous Hotels Group and Radisson Blu Hotel, Staycity Aparthotels Paris, Marne-La-Vallée.
Special event tickets, and tickets sold at the gate are not included in this offer except Special Rates Tickets for Guests with disabilities available at the entrance of the Disney Parks.

Offer limited to one (1) Disney+ subscription per booking. The offer is available once the booking is confirmed irrespective of the deposit amount.

Offer available to new and returning Disney+ subscribers only. 12-month Disney+ subscriptions will not commence until activated by Guest and are available to redeem until expiration date provided in the activation email or webform.

For bookings made before 1 March 2023, 12-month subscriptions will be activated within 48 hours of your booking and expire on the date provided in the activation e-mail or webform. Check your email or webform for the expiration date of the offer. To redeem, click the URL link received via e-mail or webform. A condition to redemption is that you must create a Disney+ account with a valid e-mail address and accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement. Upon booking of your Disneyland Paris Hotel + Disneyland Paris Ticket Package you will need to fill out a web form to generate an activation link or e-mail with the activation link of your Disney+ subscription.
