I have a booking with Flybe flights booked through you. What are my options?
Walt Disney Travel Company International are working closely with our flight provider to find all our guests alternative options and will contact you as soon as we have sourced your new flights. We are currently focusing on our guests due to travel imminently and we will be in touch with you over the coming days with your new details. We kindly ask for your patience while we make every effort to assist our guests as soon as possible and rest assured we will be in contact with you shortly.
I booked my flights through Flybe independently. What are my options?
We encourage guests to visit the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) website at www.caa.co.uk, the CAA will provide guidance for guests.
What are my options if I need to change my booking if my Flybe flights have been cancelled?
You can change your booking without any amendment fees.
Can I get a refund if I no longer wish to travel?
Yes. If you are unable to find a suitable transport option, you can cancel with a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Flybe Cancellation’ to confirm your cancellation and include your Walt Disney Travel Company International booking reference. Guests who have booked their flights independently and wish to cancel may also receive a full refund upon providing proof of their flight cancellation in their email request.

My Flybe flights I booked independently have been cancelled, can I re-book my flights for the same price with Walt Disney Travel Company International?
No. Should you wish to re-book your flights through us, this will be subject to availability and at the prevailing rate.
