What changes are being made to theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort?
Upon reopening, theme parks, attractions, experiences and other offerings may be modified and will be limited in capacity and subject to limited availability or closure, based on direction from health experts and government officials to promote physical distancing.
Additionally, attractions, experiences (such as shows, parades and fireworks), services and amenities may have limited availability or may remain closed. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
What are the changes to my Ticket booking?
Due to capacity reductions, the following are being cancelled:
• Dining Reservations
• Offerings & Experience Bookings such as behind the scenes tours
• All FastPass+ selections
In addition, upon reopening, Extra Magic Hours will be temporarily suspended.
When can I use my ticket by?
Unused or partially used multi-day theme park tickets with usage window significantly impacted by park closure, purchased through June 11, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 through December 31, 2020, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 30, 2021. Your ticket will not be valid for admission after that date. Alternatively, you may cancel your Theme Park ticket reservation and receive a full refund.
How does the new Theme Park Ticket Reservation system work?
To enter a park, both a park reservation and valid theme park ticket or pass for the same park on the same date will be required.
To make a theme park reservation, you'll need the following:
• You'll need a My Disney Experience account, as this is where your Walt Disney World Resort plans are stored and managed.
• You'll also need a valid theme park ticket or Annual Pass that's linked to your My Disney Experience account.
• If you have a Disney Resort hotel reservation, be sure to link it to your My Disney Experience account beforehand as well.
Once you've logged into your Disney account and purchased your ticket, you'll choose the theme park you'd like to visit and then see a calendar of available reservation dates to choose from. Families and friends can link their tickets together so they can try to reserve theme park reservations at the same time (some restrictions apply).

When will I receive my e-Ticket?
When booking your ticket, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 72 hours of confirming your reservation. This will include instructions on how to print your e-Ticket barcode which you will need to present along with a photo ID, at any of our will call windows located at each of our four Disney parks including Disney Springs.
What do Disney's Ultimate Tickets include?
Created exclusively for our UK Guests, Disney's Ultimate Tickets offer unlimited access to all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks, 2 Walt Disney World Water Parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and one Mini Golf round per day (before 4pm) at Disney's Fantasia Gardens or Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Courses.
Disney's Ultimate Tickets expire 14 days after first day of use for 7- and 14-Day Tickets and 21 days from first day of use for a 21-Day Ticket. Please note that the 7-Day Ultimate tickets can be used only for 7 days during the 14-day validity period.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can order online?
You can purchase up to 10 adult tickets and 10 child tickets online. If you need more tickets please call our Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730*.
Is there an expiration date on the tickets that I am ordering?
Disney's Ultimate Tickets expire 14 days after first day of use for 7- and 14-Day Tickets and 21 days from first day of use for a 21-Day Ticket.

How can I find out how many days are left on my tickets?
Information regarding remaining days on old or unused tickets may be obtained only by visiting Guest Relations at Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios or the Magic Kingdom Park. In general, if the ticket is unused and does not have an expiration date, you will be able to use or upgrade the old tickets by visiting any Walt Disney World ticket sales location.
Are tickets transferable? Can I give them to someone else to use the remaining days?
Please note that all Multi-Day Theme Park tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person. The person that uses the ticket for the very first time must use the ticket for its entirety. Any tickets that are transferred are in violation of this restriction and are invalid for admission.
Can I collect my Park Tickets prior to my check-in date?
If you have confirmed a Ticket Only reservation with us and have paid your balance in full you can contact our Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730 and request an early ticket release.
If you have booked a Package with us (i.e., Flight inclusive, Disney Resort Hotel + Ticket, Disney Resort Hotel + Ticket + Dining) your ticket is linked directly to your card which will be activated upon check-in. Therefore it is not possible to collect your Park Ticket prior to your check-in date.
Please note that this does not apply for guests staying at non-Disney Resort Hotels, such as Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels. Guests staying in a non-Disney Resort Hotel may still request early ticket release as tickets for those hotels will be fulfilled via email.

How many Parks are there at Walt Disney World?
There are four Theme Parks- Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom- as well as two Water Parks- Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach.
Will any rides at the Disney Parks be closed during my stay?

Where can guests meet Disney Characters?
One recommended way to meet Disney characters are at Walt Disney World restaurants with character dining options. Disney characters also appear near certain Disney Theme Park attractions - view the individual park calendars for details.

Maps of Walt Disney provide an overview of Walt Disney World Resort —or you can view individual Theme Parks, Water Parks, Disney Resort Hotels, Golf Courses, and Shopping, Dining and Entertainment areas.
What ride restrictions are there?
Some of the attractions at Walt Disney World Resort have restrictions to ensure Guest safety. Typical safety restrictions include height restrictions, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines. These restrictions and advisories are listed on the individual attraction pages throughout the site.

Where do I collect my Disney Gift Card?
If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of our Free Dine promotion, you can collect this by visiting the World of Disney® store located in Disney Springs during regular store hours (9:30 a.m. to approximately 10:30 p.m.) 7 days a week. You simply need to show your voucher (received with your travel documents) along with a valid Photo ID to the Information Desk within World of Disney and your Disney Gift Card will be issued to you.
Your Disney Gift Card can be redeemed at the World of Disney® store or other select retail locations at Disney Springs and in Parks and Resorts. You may collect your Disney Gift Card at any point during your stay. Please see the Information Desk in the Parks for more details.
Can I bring in any size stroller to the Disney Parks?
From 1st May 2019, we have adjusted our guidelines on stroller sizes, which will require them to be no larger than 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller.
Wagons and stroller wagons are no longer permitted in the Disney Parks.
