Our Resorts provide numerous rooms with added comfort and services for guests with mobility, visual or hearing disabilities. However, please be aware hotel availability may change based on your accessible room type choice, and only certain room types are equipped with accessible features.

We try to provide a range of accessible room options for guests with mobility, visual or hearing disabilities, including:

• Wheelchair Accessible with Tub (plus option for hearing accessibility)

• Wheelchair Accessible with Roll-in Shower (plus option for hearing accessibility)

• Hearing Accessible (with visual alarms and notifications)

• Florida Special Accessible Room (plus option for hearing accessibility)

Our Resort hotels also include wheelchair-accessible bathrooms and wheelchair-accessible ramps and elevators.
