What is a transport-inclusive package?
A transport-inclusive package includes a stay at one of our Disney® Hotels or nearby hotels, tickets to both Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park and return travel. Choose from three transport options: Eurostar™, flights or self-drive via Le Shuttle or P&O Ferries.

Can I book an alternative arrival or departure date outside of my Disneyland® Paris transport-inclusive package?
We are unable to accommodate arrival or departure dates outside of your stay at Disneyland® Paris as part of your transport-inclusive package.
Can I buy ticket-only?
Unfortunately, Walt Disney Travel Company International does not offer ticket-only options for Disneyland® Paris.

Can I book more than one room per reservation?
We are currently unable to book multiple rooms under one reference online. Therefore, you would need to make separate reservations. If you would prefer to speak to one of our Disney Experts who can make your reservations in one call for multiple rooms, please call 0800 169 0737*.
Who do I contact if I am having problems booking online?

Why do I need to call to book my room?
For selected rooms at some of our Disney® Hotels, availability is limited. Please call our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737* to arrange your holiday.
What do I do if I need to cancel my booking or remove one or more of the passengers from my booking?
For all bookings, the lead passenger needs to notify us of the cancellation in writing, quoting the booking reference and, if possible, the reasons for cancelling. Please send an email with these details to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com. A new invoice will then be sent, highlighting any outstanding payments or refunds due to you.

If I have booked online, who can I talk to if I want to change or amend my existing booking?
The lead passenger can make changes to their reservation(s) by calling our helpful Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*, quoting their booking reference. You will be advised of any amendment charges, and an updated invoice will be sent to you. You can also view any changes to your booking by logging in to Manage My Booking.
Please note that Guests under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian permission to call. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm; Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Can I add magical extras after booking a Disneyland® Paris package?
Yes, you can personalise your holiday package after booking with Meal Plans, PhotoPass™+ and Disney Character Dining by calling our helpful Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737*. These can be added at any time up until 7 days before departure.
Please note that adding magical extras to an existing booking by phone is available with selected hotel packages only. Guests unable to do so should add these extras via the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app or website.
When will I receive my travel documents?
You will receive your travel documentation approximately 14-28 days prior to your departure date.
Please note that all travel documentation is currently being sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of booking.
When will I receive my Disney® Park Tickets?
For all bookings made before 10th March 2026, you can collect your Disney® Park Tickets upon check-in at your hotel.
For Partner and Selected hotel bookings made from 10th March 2026, you will receive your Disney Park e-tickets alongside your travel documents approximately 14-28 days prior to your departure. Disney Hotel and Les Villages Nature Guests will continue to collect their park tickets upon check in at their hotel or if you have booked the Disney Express luggage service, you can collect your tickets from the Disney Express counter at Marne-La-Vallée/Chessy train station.
What should I do if I have issues with my Disney® Park Tickets at Disneyland® Paris?

Can I switch between the Disney Parks with my tickets?
Yes, you have unlimited access to both Disney Parks until your tickets expire, meaning you can visit Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park as many times in one day as you wish.
Can I link my Walt Disney Travel Company international booking in the official Disneyland Paris mobile app?
Depending on your hotel package, you can link your Walt Disney Travel Company International booking in the mobile app, your handy pocket companion for your visit!
