How and when can I book shore excursions/ port adventures?
You can book port/shore excursions before you embark on your Disney Cruise through the ‘Disney Cruise Line Navigator App’ or under 'My Reservations' on 'My Disney Cruise'. To access the planning center on the app or on site, you will need your cruise reservation number and the date of birth of the lead passenger. How do I know what Character Greetings are occurring when and how do I book them?
The beloved Disney Characters appear in an array of different settings, including plenty of meet-and-greet and photo opportunities, along with stage shows and other special programs—especially in kids' areas at Disney's Oceaneer Club and on Castaway Cay.
You can use the ‘Disney Cruise Line Navigator App’ once onboard the ship to confirm the daily schedule of Character Appearances and locations and make bookings for certain characters. You can also check the digital board in the Lobby Atrium for more details. Not all characters require reservations to book. Please check ‘My Disney Cruise’ or the ‘Disney Cruise Line Navigator App’ for those characters which do require a ticket once onboard.

Can I book youth activities or a place for infants in the nursery?
You can book places in the Disney Cruise Line nurseries for children aged up to three years via the Planning Centre in the ‘Disney Cruise Line Navigator App’ or under 'My Reservations' on ‘My Disney Cruise’. You can also discover all the youth activities available onboard your Disney Cruise through the planning center and pre-register your children for these. To access the planning center on the app or on site, you will need your cruise reservation number and the date of birth of the lead passenger. How far in advance you can do this will be dependent on your Castaway Club membership, as per the dining reservations above. You can also visit guest services onboard who can assist you in booking any youth activities.

Is babysitting available onboard?
Group babysitting is available onboard a Disney Cruise for children aged up to 3 years in one of the nurseries onboard, this is at an additional charge. You can book this before you embark on your cruise through ‘My Disney Cruise’ using your cruise reference number and the date of birth of the lead passenger or via the handy ‘Disney Cruise Line Navigator App’. There are also activities and youth clubs available for children 3+ often running well into the evening.
What can teens do onboard?
Tweens and teens have their own dedicated private areas, complete with big screens, music and lots of new friends. All clubs are supervised by youth co-ordinators. On each ship you can find:
• Edge - for tweens aged 11-14.
• Vibe - for teens aged 14-17.
