Where can we find Baby Care centres within Disneyland® Paris?

Baby Care centres are located between Discovery Arcade and Plaza Gardens Restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland® Park and between Studio Services and Studio Photo at Front Lot in Walt Disney Studios® Park.

Can you explain your Baby Switch service?

Disneyland® Paris offers a Baby Switch service which allows guests travelling together with young children/babies to ride an attraction in turns. Whilst one of you rides the attraction, the other looks after your child; you can then switch places without having to queue again. To find out which attractions have Baby Switch service, please speak to one of our knowledgeable Disney Cast Members within either the Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park.

Is Euro the only currency accepted at Disneyland® Paris?

Yes, Euro is the only currency accepted at Disneyland® Paris. There are several currency exchange points throughout the Disney® Parks plus within the post office at Marne-la-Valee/Chessy train station. All Disney® Hotels also offer 24 hour currency exchange points at their reception desks. There are also ATM machines located within the Disney® Parks. Our cast members will be happy to direct you to the nearest exchange point or ATM. Please note most cash withdraws will incur a small fee.

Can I pay by credit card at Disneyland® Paris?

Yes, all major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted across Disneyland® Paris including shops, restaurants, Disney® Parks and Disney® Village. We would recommend Euro currency for purchases at smaller food and snack stands within the Disney® Parks.

Can I smoke in the Disney® Parks?

For everyone’s comfort and convenience, both Disney® Parks have smoking restrictions in place and smokers are requested to only use the designated smoking areas. For information on the designated areas, please see the free park map which you can collect underneath Disneyland Railroad Main Street Station (Disneyland® Park) and inside the entrance to Disney Studio 1 (Walt Disney Studios® Park) or speak to one of our helpful Disney Cast Members who will advise you where these are located.

What happens if I lose any personal items during my visit to the Disney® Parks?

If you lose any personal items within either of the Disney® Parks, we advise you to go to the Lost and Found centres at the main information centres which are located at Disneyland® Park, City Hall (outside the main entrance on Main Street, U.S.A.) and at Walt Disney Studios® Park (at Front Lot near the park entrance) to get further assistance from our helpful Disney Cast Members. If unfortunately you don’t realise you’ve lost or forgotten a personal item until your return, please contact Disneyland® Paris directly, visit for more information.

Do Disney Cast Members speak English?

Yes, with Disneyland® Paris welcoming guests throughout the year from Europe and beyond, all Disney Cast members speak English and are ready to help you with any questions. Our cast members are located throughout Disneyland® Paris and will be happy to help at any time.

Are the Disney shows and parades available in English?

Yes, all the shows and parades at Disneyland® Paris are available in English. Please check the large information boards located within the Disney® Parks or pick up a free park programme which details the daily schedule of the Disney shows offered in English.
