How can I get from the Paris airports to Disneyland® Paris?
You can get the Magical Shuttle both from Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports by booking tickets either in advance or at the station. Alternatively, you can get a taxi from the airports, which will take you to Disneyland® Paris in less than 50 min.

My luggage has not arrived, who do I contact?
Baggage delivery is the responsibility of your individual airline carrier. In the event of your luggage not arriving, please go to the airline’s desk at the airport to report it as lost and get further assistance.
What are the changes to the Air Passenger Duty for children?
As of 3rd December 2014, the Air Passenger Duty (APD) for children under 12 years old travelling in Economy Class has been abolished for all flights departing from the UK on or after 1st May 2015. From 1st March 2016, this will also be applicable to children up to 16 years old. Any person under the age of 17 must therefore be entered as a child at the time of booking to ensure the correct amount of APD is being paid.
Please note that this does not apply to children under the age of 2 without their own seat.
If I have already booked and paid for my holiday, how will the changes to APD affect me?
If your date of departure is on or after 1st May 2015, you will receive a refund of the APD for each child in your party over the age of 2 but under the age of 12 travelling in Economy Class.
Should your date of departure be on or after 1st March 2016, this is also applicable to children under the age of 16.

What is ATOL?
