When do I get my Disney Parks tickets?
If you’re taking the direct Eurostar™ service and have purchased the Disney Express luggage service then head to the Disney Express desk to receive your Disney Parks tickets and luggage labels when you arrive at Marne-la-Vallee/Chessy train station and you’ll be off on your magical adventure in no time.
If you’ve chosen an alternative transport option then you’ll be able to collect your Disney Parks tickets upon check-in at your Disney Hotel.
Can I switch between the Disney Parks with my tickets?
Yes, you have unlimited access to both Disney Parks until your tickets expire meaning you can visit Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park as many times in one day as you wish.

What is a transport-inclusive package?
A transport-inclusive package includes a stay at one of our Disney Hotels, tickets to both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Parks for the whole duration of your stay and your transport tickets. There are three transport options for you to choose from: Eurostar™, flights or self-drive.

Can I book an alternative arrival or departure date outside of my Disneyland Paris package?
We are unable to offer arrival or departure dates on your package that fall outside of your stay at Disneyland Paris.
Can I buy ticket-only?
Unfortunately, Walt Disney Travel Company International does not offer ticket-only options for Disneyland Paris.
