How far are the Partner Hotels from the Disney® Parks?

Getting to the Disney® Parks and Disney Village® from any of our Partner Hotels is easy with the complimentary shuttle which will get you to and from the Disney magic in just 10 minutes. Is car parking available at the Partner Hotels?

Yes, free car parking is available at most Partner Hotels for the duration of your stay. If you’re staying at Adagio Marne-la-Vallée Val d'Europe, parking is available at a cost.


What are the check-in and check-out times at my Partner Hotel?

Check in time is 3pm for all Partner Hotels and you will need to vacate the room before 11am on the day of your departure. If you require late check-out, please check with your hotel’s reception desk at check-in. Please note late check-out cannot be guaranteed. If required your hotel may be able to store your luggage for you.


How can I make a special request for my booking?

If you have any special requests regarding your Disneyland® Paris stay, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737. Alternatively, email disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com with your booking reference and any special requests. Please note special request cannot be guaranteed.


If I am travelling with more than one infant, is it possible to request an additional cot for my room?

Unfortunately we can only request to have one cot per room in all our Partner Hotels. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.


Can I take advantage of Disney Express service when staying in a Partner Hotel?

Yes, all you have to do is add it to your Partner Hotel booking. For more information about Disney Express service, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737 or visit the Eurostar section of our website.

How can I find out about the closures of the Hotels' amenities?

To ensure Guests are having the best stay possible, our Partner Hotels need to undertake continuous maintenance, renovation and development work to maintain quality standards.
Therefore, some amenities might be closed on certain days. Please see the schedule of planned closures below:

Algonquin's Explorer Hotel
Swimming pool with paddling pool will be closed:
20 - 26 September 2017
22 - 26 January 2018
Pool access is from 3pm on the day of arrival and all day on the day of departure.

Vienna House Dream Castle Hotel
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi closed:

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Breakfast is not included at our Partner Hotels but can be added at a cost, with the exception of Algonquin's Explorer Hotel where guests can enjoy an international breakfast buffet as a part of their package.


Are Disney® Park tickets included with my accommodation when staying in a Partner Hotel?

Yes, Disney® Park tickets for each day of your stay is included in your package when staying in any of our Partner Hotels.


When staying in a Partner Hotel, can I still take advantage of Extra Magic Time?

No, unfortunately Extra Magic Time is a benefit exclusive to guests staying in a Disney® Hotel.


When staying in a Partner Hotel, can I still take advantage of FASTPASS?

Yes, FASTPASS is available to everyone holding a Disney® Park ticket.


Will there be Disney Characters at my hotel?

Disney Characters are only available at Disney® Hotels but don’t worry, you’ll meet plenty of your Disney friends out and about in the Disney® Parks!


Do all Partner Hotels offer free wi-fi?

Yes, all Partner Hotels offer free wi-fi so you can share your Disney adventure with friends and family back home.


When staying in a Partner Hotel, can I add a Disneyland® Paris Meal Plan to my holiday package?

Disneyland® Paris Meal Plans are only available to guests staying in a Disney® Hotel. Breakfast can however be added to your booking and will be served at the hotel you’re staying in.


Can I book Character Meal Experiences and Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show when staying in a Partner Hotel?

Yes, you can enjoy a memorable meal with your Disney friends no matter what hotel you are staying in.
Reservations are available (and highly recommended) from 60 days prior to arrival through calling the Disneyland® Paris Dining Reservations Team on 0800 085 0671.

When does the free shuttle start and stop running from my hotel?

The complimentary shuttle start running from our Partner Hotels from approximately one hour before the Disney® Parks open and end one hour after they close. Taxis are also available to take you to and from the Parks if needed.
