How far are the Partner Hotels and Selected Hotels from the Disney Parks?

Is car parking available at all Partner Hotels and Selected Hotels?

Yes, free car parking is available at most Partner Hotels for the duration of your stay. If you’re staying at Adagio Marne-la-Vallée Val d'Europe parking is available at a cost.


How do I use the free shuttle bus from my hotel?

You can use your hotel's free shuttle service to get to and from the Disney Parks. The shuttle will drop you off at one of two stops near the SNCF RER Marne-la Vallée/Chessy train station, located at the entrance to Disney Village, which leads to the Disney Parks.

Ask at your hotel's reception desk for shuttle times.


What are the check-in and check-out times at my Partner Hotel or Selected Hotel?

Check in time is 3pm for all Partner Hotels and you will need to vacate the room before 11am on the day of your departure. If you require late check-out, please check with your hotel’s reception desk at check-in. Please note late check-out cannot be guaranteed. If required, your hotel may be able to store your luggage for you.


How can I make a special request for my booking?

If you have any special requests regarding your Disneyland Paris stay, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737. Alternatively, email disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com with your booking reference and any special requests. Please note special request cannot be guaranteed.


If I am travelling with more than one infant, is it possible to request an additional cot for my room?

Unfortunately we can only request to have one cot per room in all our Partner Hotels. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.


Can I take advantage of Disney Express service when staying in a Partner Hotel or Selected Hotel?

Yes, all you have to do is add it to your Partner Hotel booking. For more information about Disney Express service, please contact our Disney Experts on 0800 169 0737 or visit the Eurostar section of our website.

How can I find out about closures of Partner Hotel or Selected Hotel facilities?

To ensure guests are having the best stay possible, our Partner Hotels need to undertake continuous maintenance, renovation and development work to maintain quality standards.


Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Breakfast is not included at our Partner Hotels but can be added at a cost, with the exception of Explorers Fabulous Hotels Group where guests can enjoy an international breakfast buffet as a part of their package.


Are Disney Park tickets included with my accommodation when staying in a Partner Hotel or Selected Hotel?

Yes, Disney Park tickets for each day of your stay is included in your package when staying in any of our Partner Hotels.


When staying in a Partner Hotel or Selected Hotel, can I still take advantage of Extra Magic Time?

No, unfortunately Extra Magic Time is a benefit exclusive to guests staying in a Disney Hotel.


Will there be Disney Characters at my hotel?

Disney Characters are only available at Disney Hotels but don’t worry, you’ll meet plenty of your Disney friends out and about in the Disney Parks!


Do all Partner Hotels and Selected Hotels offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, all Partner Hotels and Selected Hotels offer free Wi-Fi so you can share your Disney adventure with friends and family back home.


When staying in a Partner Hotel or and Selected Hotel, can I add a Disneyland Paris Meal Plan to my holiday package?

Disneyland Paris Meal Plans are only available to guests staying in a Disney Hotel. Breakfast can however be added to your booking and will be served at the hotel you’re staying in.


Can I book Character Dining when staying in a Partner Hotel or and Selected Hotel?

Yes, you can enjoy a memorable meal with your Disney friends no matter what hotel you are staying in.

Reservations are available (and highly recommended) from 60 days prior to arrival, through the official Disneyland Paris app.
