What is a Magic Pass?
The Magic Pass is a multi-purpose card that contains your room key, Park Tickets, Meal Plan entitlements, any tickets for “Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show… with Mickey and friends!” dinner show, special event tickets and add-ons (for example birthday cakes or character breakfasts). You are also able to charge selected food and merchandise purchases to your Disney Hotel room with a PIN code configured to the Magic Pass.
What happens if I lose my Magic Pass?
Your lost Magic Pass will be cancelled and you can obtain a replacement from the Front Desk at your Disney Hotel and in the Disney Parks at City Hall in Disneyland Park or Studio Services in Walt Disney Studios Park.
How do I know what has been loaded onto my Magic Pass?
You can check with the Front Desk at your Disney Hotel for confirmation of what has been loaded onto your Magic Pass.
Can I check the balance of my Magic Pass for remaining meal entitlements?
You can check what meal entitlements you have used as well as any purchases at any time in the Disney Shops and restaurants, online or on your TV in your Hotel room.
If I am using the Disney Express service on Eurostar, will I still receive my tickets and meal vouchers on the train?
Yes. Guests who have booked the Disney Express service will receive their paper tickets and meal vouchers on the Eurostar.
