We can't wait to welcome you back to Disneyland Paris! Because there is no magic without you.

The phased reopening starts with Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney's Newport Bay Club hotel and Disney Village. In line with guidance from the French government and local health authorities, we will reopen with enhanced health and safety measures.

These measures might have an impact on elements of your experience and booking. You can learn more about these changes on the reopening hub, and as more information becomes available it will be updated there, so please check back regularly.

Information to know before you go


Impact of Quarantine Measures

If you are due to arrive within the next 7 days, you can modify your booking without amendment fees or cancel your booking without fees and receive a full refund, including transport fees if they were booked with Walt Disney Travel Company as part of your package. If you wish to modify your booking, you can move to a new arrival date at the current available rate, subject to availability. We will refund you the difference if the price is lower and you will have to pay the difference if the price is higher.

If you are due to arrive in over 7 days' time, the Zen Guarantee policy allows you to modify your booking without amendment fees or cancel your booking without fees and receive a full refund, excluding transport fees. If you wish to modify your booking, you can move to a new arrival date at the current available rate, subject to availability. We will refund the difference if the price is lower and you will have to pay the difference if the price is higher.


Removal of Add-Ons

Due to new safety measures being implemented during the phased reopening, the following products and services will not be available until further notice:

  • FastPass tickets
  • Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show... with Mickey and Friends!
  • Character Dining at Auberge de Cendrillon, Inventions and Café Mickey
  • Signature Experience Celebration and The Lion King Signature Experience

If your current booking includes one or more of these add-ons, we will modify it to remove these from your booking with us. If you have already paid in full you will receive a full refund. If you have not yet made final payment, you will receive a reduction in the amount due.


Dining Reservations

Due to the new physical distancing guidelines, Disneyland Paris made the difficult decision to cancel all dining reservations. Linked to limited capacity at the Disney Hotels, hotel guests now also have the choice between breakfast at the hotel or breakfast at Disneyland Park.

Meal Plans

Disney hotel packages may include Breakfast, or a Standard, Plus or Premium Meal Plan. If your booking is modified to an alternative hotel, any existing meal plan will also be transferred.

For guests due to stay at the Disneyland Hotel who accept the move to Disney's Newport Bay Club, if you have a Premium Meal Plan this will be amended to a Plus Meal Plan. If you paid for your Premium Meal Plan you will receive a refund for the difference in cost versus the Plus Meal Plan.


Tickets & Reservation System

Guests with packages at Disney Hotels and partner hotels have guaranteed admission to the Disney Parks for the duration of their stay and are not required to pre-register on the new Advance Registration System.

Park tickets included in packages will continue to be provided at check-in.


Transport

If you have booked transportation with us, your transportation is confirmed. Should there be any changes to transportation arrangements, we will contact you ahead of time.

We strongly recommend you check with your transport carrier directly on their website for the latest information about their service and health and safety measures they apply. Should you notice any changes to your transport, contact us freephone on 0800 169 0737* for assistance.


Flexible Conditions

If you want to move your holiday to a new date, you can choose to modify your booking without fees and pay the prevailing rate. We will refund the difference if the price is lower, and you will have to pay the difference if the price is higher. Also excluding transport fees, if applicable, according to our Terms & Conditions. To modify your booking, please call freephone on 0800 169 0737*.

We can also offer you the flexibility to cancel your booking with a full refund (excluding transport fees, if applicable, according to our Terms & Conditions) any time up to 7 days prior to travel. If you would like to cancel your booking, please confirm through email to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com. You will need to provide your 8-digit Walt Disney Travel Company International booking reference in your email to us.


Hotels

Subject to the continued evolution of the current situation, there will be a phased reopening of the Disney Hotels. Please check below to see if your hotel is open on your arrival date. If the hotel that you have booked is not open, there are several options available to you. Please make sure you read the below information thoroughly to make a decision based on what is best for you.


Disney Hotels

Disney's Newport Bay Club

Les Villages Nature Paris

Great news, Les Villages Nature Paris has reopened and we are looking forward to welcoming you soon!

Disney's Hotel Cheyenne

Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne has reopened and if you are arriving before 29 September 2020, we will look forward to welcoming you soon.

Unfortunately, the hotel will be closed from 30 September 2020 until 03 March 2021.

If you are arriving between 30 September 2020 – 02 March 2021, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Maintain your arrival date and enjoy a free upgrade to Disney’s Newport Bay Club with the same booking features (subject to availability)
    Your booking will be modified to Disney’s Newport Bay Club at no additional cost to you.
  2. Maintain your stay at Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne but move your booking to a new arrival date (subject to availability)
    You can move your booking to an arrival from 03 March 2021 onwards without incurring admin fees, but you will be liable for any difference in cost. If the new arrival date is less expensive, we will refund the difference.
  3. Decline the changes and cancel your booking If you wish to decline the changes and cancel your booking you will receive a full refund of any amount paid to date.

If you are arriving on or after 03 March 2021, Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne will be open and we will look forward to welcoming you soon.

Disney's Hotel Santa Fe

Great news, Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe has reopened and we are looking forward to welcoming you soon!

Disneyland Hotel

Unfortunately, the Disneyland Hotel will be closed until 08 December 2020.

If you are arriving before 08 December 2020, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Maintain your arrival date and accept a stay at the four-star Disney's Newport Bay Club in an equivalent room category (subject to availability). Should there be a price difference, you will receive a refund. If you have not yet made final payment, you will receive a reduction in the amount due.
  2. Maintain your stay at the Disneyland Hotel but move your booking to a new arrival date (subject to availability) You can move your booking to an arrival from 08 December 2020 without incurring admin fees, but you will be liable for any difference in cost. If the new arrival date is less expensive, we will refund the difference.
  3. Decline the changes and cancel your booking
    If you wish to decline the changes and cancel your booking you will receive a full refund of any amount paid to date.

If you are arriving from 08 December 2020, Disneyland Hotel will be open and we will look forward to welcoming you soon.

Disney's Sequoia Lodge

Unfortunately, Disney’s Sequoia Lodge will be closed until 30 April 2021.

If you are arriving before 30 April 2021, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Maintain your arrival date and accept a stay at the four-star Disney's Newport Bay Club in an equivalent room category (subject to availability). Should there be a price difference, you will receive a refund. If you have not yet made final payment, you will receive a reduction in the amount due.
  2. Maintain your stay at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge but move your booking to a new arrival date (subject to availability). You can move your booking to an arrival from 30 April 2021 without incurring admin fees, but you will be liable for any difference in cost. If the new arrival date is less expensive, we will refund the difference.
  3. Decline the changes and cancel your booking
    If you wish to decline the changes and cancel your booking you will receive a full refund of any amount paid to date.

If you are arriving from 30 April 2021, Disney’s Sequoia Lodge will be open and we will look forward to welcoming you soon.

Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch

Unfortunately, Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch will be closed until further notice.

If you have an existing booking, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Maintain your arrival date and enjoy a free upgrade to Disney’s Newport Bay Club with the same booking features (subject to availability)
    Your booking will be modified to Disney’s Newport Bay Club at no additional cost to you.
  2. Decline the changes and cancel your booking
    If you wish to decline the changes and cancel your booking you will receive a full refund of any amount paid to date.
Disney's Hotel New York - Art of Marvel

Unfortunately, Disney's Hotel New York - Art of Marvel will be closed until further notice.

If you have an existing booking, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Maintain your arrival date and enjoy a free upgrade to Disney’s Newport Bay Club with the same booking features (subject to availability) Your booking will be modified to Disney’s Newport Bay Club at no additional cost to you.
