I have an upcoming stay at Disneyland Paris. What does this mean for my holiday?

If you are due to travel to Disneyland Paris and your plans are impacted due to travel restrictions, you have the following options:

Rebook to a new arrival date any time up to 7 days prior to your current travel date, subject to availability. You will need to pay the current available rate, plus transport fees, and will not benefit from the same components. Please see below for the details on your individual hotel. To modify your booking, please call freephone on 0800 169 0737.

Cancel your booking with a full refund (excluding transport fees, if applicable, according to our Terms & Conditions) any time up to 7 days prior to travel. If you would like to cancel your booking, please confirm through email to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com. You will need to provide your 8-digit Walt Disney Travel Company International booking reference in your email to us.
