What payment methods do you accept?

Deposit payment is by debit or credit card when you book. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Switch and Delta.


Do you offer any type of payment plan?

Yes! You can now spread the cost of your Disney Holiday with flexible instalments, all with no fees or interest. Book your Disney holiday with a deposit from just £50 per person, then pay the rest in flexible instalments by your balance due date. Payments aren’t fixed or automatic, so you have full control over how much you’d like to pay and when to do so. For more information, please visit the page below.

Are instalment payments taken automatically?

Payments are not taken automatically, we are giving you full control and flexibility over when is best for you to pay. Every payment must be done manually by logging into Manage My Booking and using our easy online payment portal. Please visit the Manage My Booking link below to get started.

What is the deposit required for my booking?

For flight-inclusive holidays, the deposit amount required on bookings is £150 per person including children. Deposits for infants vary by airline and will be quoted at time of booking.

For hotel and hotel and ticket packages the deposit amount is £50 per person including children. Deposit payments cannot be made on ticket-only bookings.

For Disney Cruises with a flight, the deposit is £200 per person. If you are booking a European sailing inclusive of flights, 100% of the air fare will also be payable at the time of booking. For Disney Cruises without a flight the deposit is £150 per person.


When is the remaining balance for my holiday due?

For flight-inclusive bookings the full balance is required 100 days before departure. If travel is within 100 days of making the booking, payment is required in full at time of booking.

For hotel and ticket-only bookings the full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. However, if travel is within 8 weeks of making your booking, payment is required in full when you book the holiday.


How can I pay my remaining holiday balance?

Great news! If you paid with a deposit, you can now pay your remaining holiday balance with instalments, all with no fees or interest! Make a payment using our easy online payment portal, simply log in to Manage My Booking in the link below to get started.

What happens if I don't pay my remaining balance by the due date given?

We are pleased to offer you the flexibility of paying off your holiday in instalments as and when it suits you and your budget. However, the payment of your balance remains your responsibility. Should you miss your final due date, this will result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit lost.


Is my payment safe online?

At Disney we are committed to keeping your information safe. Your credit and debit card details are both safe and secure online - our use of 3D secure adds an extra layer of protection to our guests when making credit or debit card payments. This works by adding an authentication step, which is now a widely-used process by a number of organisations accepting online payments.


What if I have a query on the costing of my booking, require a confirmation invoice or wish to add another item?

If you have a query on an existing booking, please call our Disney Experts freephone on 0800 16 90 730*. To make any amendments, the lead passenger can call our Disney Experts on the number above, quoting the booking reference.

You will be advised of any amendment charges and an updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made via the Manage My Booking link below.

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 7:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am to 4:00pm.

When will I receive my travel documents?

For ticket-only bookings, you will receive a printable e-ticket. For hotel and ticket packages and flight-inclusive holidays, your travel documents are sent out approximately 14-28 days prior to the departure date to the email address provided at the time of booking.
