How can I book online?

I am having problems booking online - who do I contact?

If you are having problems booking online please call our Disney experts freephone on 0800 16 90 730* from the UK for assistance. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.


Some of my passenger details are incorrect - who do I contact?

Amendments can be made by calling our Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730*.


If I book on the internet who can I talk to if I want to change or add something to an existing booking?

The lead passenger can make changes to their reservation(s) by calling our Disney Experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730 from the UK, quoting the booking reference. You will be advised of any amendment charges. An updated invoice will be sent out to you or you can retrieve and review your booking details once the changes have been made by clicking on the Manage My Booking link. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-4pm.


Will I be charged if I need to call the Disney experts at the call centre?

No you will not be charged, please feel free to contact our Disney experts on freephone 0800 16 90 730.


I want to amend my booking. How do I do this?

Can I book more than one room per reservation?

We are currently unable to book multiple rooms under one reference, therefore you would need to make separate reservations.


I want to cancel my booking or one or more of the passengers from my booking - how do I do this?

The lead passenger on your booking will need to notify us of the cancellation in writing, quoting the booking reference and the reasons for cancelling, if possible. Alternatively you can send us these details in an email to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com.
We cannot accept any cancellations over the phone. You will then be invoiced for any outstanding monies or refunded any monies owing. I have just returned from holiday and would like to complain about a certain aspect of my holiday. How do I do this?

Please send any complaints in writing within 28 days of your return to: Walt Disney Travel Company, 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE or in an email to disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com.


If I only need a hotel for part of my trip, can I book flights that are flexible around my Disney reservation?

Walt Disney Travel company now offers greater flexibility for your reservation.

We can now match flight arrival and departure requirements to accommodate any independent arrangements you may wish to make outside of your Disney stay. This will allow you to experience an extended stay, to make the most out of your time in Orlando.

Can I book a flight only reservation?

Walt Disney Travel Company UK is unable to offer flight-only reservations. Flights must be booked as part of a Disney package.


Why do I need to call to book my room/resort?

For some of our Disney Resort hotels, availability is limited, therefore it is best to speak to our Disney experts by calling 0800 169 0730 to arrange your holiday


What does it mean if I make an advance booking for a hotel?

Advance bookings are on offer for those Disney Deluxe Villa Resort hotels where we are unable to confirm your reservation until 11 months from your check out date. You are able to make an advance booking for a room in resort which will be converted into a confirmed booking from within 11 months of the proposed check out date if the room is available.


Do I have to pay for an advance booking?

At the time of making an advance booking for your holiday, you will pay the deposit as normal. Which will be deducted from the balance of your holiday if the booking is later confirmed. Should you wish to cancel your holiday prior to your booking being confirmed, in this instance your deposit will be fully refunded.


What if the room portion of my advance booking does not become available?

Our Disney experts will be in contact to discuss alternative options. Should you wish to cancel your holiday in this instance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
